Position Summary : The Marketing Manager is responsible for driving the success of Pursuant products, services & brand promise in the marketplace. This person will: Establish effective working relationships with sales and agency leadership to ensure that our products and services are implemented through sales enablement and marketing demand generation programs. Provide feedback into product development and service offers and participates in their development; collaborate to create, launch and track performance of product and service offerings in our markets Develop, establish and maintain marketing strategies to meet organizational objectives.


Essential Roles & Responsibilities: Key KPI'S :


- Responsible to build & Increase the transaction of each brand of Lifeco at Food Court by planning and implementing sales, marketing, and communications programs to achieve Lifeco sales targets and branding/positioning objectives.

- Responsible for the brand image and customer engagement across all touch points in food court.

- Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans and forecasts.

- Create and implement a strong community outreach program for each brand of Lifeco.

- Work closely with culinary team, Revenue & MIS team and control team to get the require APC, APT data for each outlet for deployment of new marketing plan for the unit.

- Identify and capitalize on PR opportunities for each brand in food court. Work closely with client team.

- Participate in new product and pricing planning and execution.

- Work closely with marketing agency for creative, proposal format & capabilities presentations etc.

- Campaign the customer experience and brand image, both online and offline

- Plan and oversee all content & creative of all Brand.

- Stay updated with market trends & changing business environment (if require be part of the webinar to upgrade the knowledge)

- Provide regular reporting on agreed timelines with Business Head & ED.

Reporting Relationship :


Reports directly to : General Manager (Business Head)

Prerequisites: Qualifications, Experience And Attributes :


Qualifications : Graduate or Post Grad / MBA in Marketing


Experience : 3-5 years of Experience, preferably from F & B, Retails, Hospitality, E-commerce or FMCG domain in Marketing roles.


Knowledge : Should possess in depth Knowledge of latest marketing trends and scenarios and be able to conceptualize and execute innovative strategies.


Skills:

- Fluent in English (verbal & written) and local languages

- Brand Management & Media Relations
