Job Description :
- Created SOP for the banquets set up and operation
- Maximizing the profitability of the hotel by providing outstanding quality of service to guests.
- Maintaining relationships with officials and representatives of the society.
- Proactively being involved in trade shows and conferences to network, generate new leads and drive business.
- Acquiring and developing new business accounts by observing the market and identifying trends.
- Preparing sales proposals for clients.
- Creating awareness through marketing campaigns.
- Attending all department and residences meetings as necessary.
