As a 'Business Development Associate' at Kapable, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth and success of our company. We are looking for a dynamic individual who is proficient in spoken English, confident in talking to leaders, and competent in managing the company's sales life cycle.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Use different methods to reach out to new and existing customers.

2. Arrange discovery calls to understand potential customers' needs and challenges.

3. Clearly explain the benefits of Kapable's programs to help customers make informed choices.

4. Identify promising leads and set up counseling sessions with our team.

5. Manage the entire sales process, from the first contact to closing the sale.

6. Negotiate contracts and finalize deals.

7. Follow up with prospects strategically through calls, texts, or emails.

8. Keep track of opportunities and leads using the CRM tool.
