KAP Enterprise - eCommerce Specialist - Sales (1-2 yrs)
E-Commerce Sales Specialist
- Processing daily orders and ensure courier pickups.
- Coordinate with the operation/logistics team to ensure that the products are delivered on time with zero deviation.
- Resolving customer queries related to item delivery, return, replacement, payment method and product information.
- Concentrating on Pricing Strategies depending on the marketplace.
- Get follow-up of orders processing and operation activity on daily basis.
- Processing invoices, packing slips, manifest, inventory and pricing update.
- Inventory Management - Need to keep an eye on inventory and make sure all are in stock and active. This also need communicating with warehouse staff.
- Account Health - To perform Account health checks on regular basis.
- Campaign Creation - To create campaigns on some of our listings.
- Content Optimization - Content optimization with proper keywords to get a better result.
- Buyer Messages - Respond to buyer messages according to given instructions.
- Keywords Research - Proper keyword research with tools to know our targeted keywords.
Skills and Abilities :
- Computer literate with fluency in English.
- Should be sales driven.
- Photoshop experience would be advantageous but not mandatory.
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task.
- Should be a quick learner.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines.
