Kansawala Tools & Hardware - Manager - Business Development - Industrial Malls (1-5 yrs)
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Business Development Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a key part in expanding our Industrial Mall footprint across India. You will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including:
- Mall Operations & Client Management: Possess a strong understanding of mall operations and their intricacies. You will interact with corporate customers, understand their needs, and develop strong relationships to ensure their success within the mall.
- Vendor Management & Negotiation: Effectively communicate with vendors, negotiate contracts, and secure the most favorable terms for the mall and its tenants.
- System Design & Implementation: Identify areas where system design can improve mall operations and tenant experience. Work with relevant teams to implement these systems.
- Market Expansion & ROI Forecasting: Spearhead the search for new locations for Industrial Malls. Conduct thorough market research and forecast potential ROI for identified sites.
- Marketing & Public Relations: Build relationships with media agencies and develop engaging advertising campaigns to promote mall activities.
- Franchisee Network Growth: Drive the expansion of our franchisee network across India by identifying potential partners and crafting compelling partnership proposals.
- Market Trends & Event Ideation: Stay abreast of current market trends in the industrial and retail sectors. Suggest innovative events and marketing strategies that capitalize on these trends and attract customers.
- E & H Commerce Expertise: Possess a strong understanding of E-commerce and H-commerce (headless commerce) and how they can integrate with the Industrial Mall business model.
