Kanan International - Executive - Business Development (2-5 yrs)
- We are looking for a resilient, empathic business development executive to contribute to the growth of our company. Business development executives are responsible for finding and retaining clients, encouraging extant clients to purchase added products or features, and remaining abreast of changes in consumption. You will also be required to build capacity in staff through regular training and mentorship.
Job Role :
- Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
- Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
- Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
- Promote the company's products/services addressing or predicting clients objectives
- Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
Requirements : Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive or a relevant role
- Proficiency in English
- Market knowledge
- Commitment towards organization
- Experience in Client or Customer Counseling is a plus
- Communication and negotiation skills
- Time management and planning skills
- EdTech Industry/ Education Industry
- International Study/International Business experience is strongly preferred
- BSc/BA in business administration, sales or relevant field
