Kama Ayurveda - Store Manager (5-10 yrs)
Description/Role :
Store Manager will be responsible for maintaining and operating a company- owned retail facility in a safe, customer focused and profitable manner.
Competencies/ Skill Set :

- Good communication skills and interpersonal skills.
- Active & responsible and can work under pressure.
- Knowledge of industry trends, regional variations and customer requirements.
Key Deliverables/ Responsibilities :
Operational :
- Recruit, train, evaluate and counsel store employees. Schedule, organize and direct assignments.
- Maintain, encourage and possess - ownership mentality- .
- Provide a positive working environment and handle employee issues appropriately and in a timely manner.
- Resolve customer problems or complaints by determining optimal solutions.
- Encourage store employees to take ownership for their performance and career development plans, follow up on a regular basis.
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure the employees also provide the same level of service.
- Communicate, execute, and manage marketing and merchandising programs.
- Ensure employee awareness of safety and emergency procedures.
- Maintain adequate store supplies.
- Management of all store operational issues, to include store housekeeping, store administrative duties, physical inventories, price changes, etc.
- Manage speed of service results, controls inventory that is used for service orders, and is responsible for the overall organization and appearance of the service center.
- Manage and assign tasks appropriately to ensure stores are clean, adequately stocked, organized, well-kept and priced correctly.
- Manage sales and expenses to optimize results.
Visual Merchandising :
- Ensure proper Visual Merchandising in store.
- Ensure interior and exterior of store is maintained to company standards.
- Organizing and managing in-store promotional offers, packages, etc.
Team Leadership :
- Responsible for performance and development of the Sales Associates.
- Setting team sales objectives and monitoring performance of the team.
- Conduct regular store meetings.
- Conducts one-on-one review with all Executives to build more effective communications, to understand training needs, and to provide insight for the improvement of Executive's sales and activity performance.
Financial :
- Responsible for Topline and Bottom line of overall profit of the store.
- Responsible to achieve Revenue and Receivables Targets.
- Performs other related tasks and duties assigned.
