Kama Ayurveda - Manager - Retail Marketing (4-8 yrs)
Work closely with the marketing head on the brands retail / in-store marketing initiatives, in line with the business objectives for the own boutique stores.
Work closely with the operations team and other internal stakeholders to execute and monitor as per plans.
Role & responsibilities
1. In-store Communication
- Weekly-monthly-quarterly in-store communication calendar basis various initiatives (new launches, offers, co-promotion tie-ups etc.); across outlet cohorts; leveraging various touchpoints.
- Ensure all promotions placed timely.
2. Store Location Marketing
- New consumer acquisition to stores through footfall driving activities
- Leverage mall marketing calendar, available opportunities and other brand tie-ups to drive visibility and footfalls.
- Utilizing mall database, social media, apps for mall activities for tie ups
- Developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to drive foot traffic and enhance brand engagement at the mall.
- Collaborating with the mall management team to create marketing campaigns that highlight Kama's unique selling points and resonate with the target audience.
- Analyzing marketing data and metrics to track campaign performance and make data-driven decisions to optimize results.
- Mall collaboration for FOC and paid SOH
3. In store events - SIS and own stores
- Own and execute in store events to engage new and loyal consumers of Kama
4. New City / New store launch
- In-store PR efforts (media and blogger visits, gifting etc.)
- All store photography and videography requirements
5. Competition mapping
- Weekly competition mapping and analysis
6. Others
- Agency and vendor management - Creative agency, PR agency, other execution partners/vendors
- Reporting and financial management - periodic reporting on KPIs, vendor related paperwork
- Coordination with internal teams Operations, IT, SCM, Finance
Preferred candidate profile
- Graduate / Post-Graduate in Marketing / Communications
- Consumer /retail marketing experience across any of these industries Retail / beauty / Lifestyle/ FMCG
-No. of years prior experience: 4-8 years
- Sound fundamentals of consumer marketing and brand building
- Project management skills w.r.t. working with a multitude of internal stakeholders and external partners, seeing through a project / task through all stages of planning and execution
- Strong communication skills (written and spoken)
- Balance of creative problem solving and analytical skills
- Sound working knowledge of MS office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
