Kama Ayurveda - Beauty Advisor/Sales Associate (3-10 yrs)
Description/Role:
Beauty Advisor will be responsible to ensure that customers are given a quality service by keeping a tidy and presentable counter, being able to advise customers by utilizing expert knowledge and describing and demonstrating the full product range

KEY DELIVERABLES/ RESPONSIBILITIES
Operational:
- Dealing with showroom sales for customers. Attend to all clients walking in the showroom whether they are for corporate or retail sales and direct them accordingly.
- Generate sales revenue for company by meeting agreed sales targets.
- Increasing sales, market share, company profitability and customer satisfaction by adopting innovative selling techniques.
- Follow up promptly on any sales lead & enquiries. To be able to identify opportunities for potential business & follow up on them.
- Communicate with other departments involved in the sales processes.
- Attend sale meeting on a weekly basis and thrive to reach set sales targets for the week as well as for the short term and long term sales targets.
- Involved in aftersales services and making sure your customers are always happy.
- Responsible for in store Visual Merchandising.
- Assist manager in marketing campaigns
- Making product recommendation to customers based on their requirements.
- Conducting demonstration of products.
- Responsible for maintaining cleanliness of store, counters and shells.
- Maintaining Stock and Restocking products.
- Presenting information about new products.
- Operating the cash register of payments and collections.
- Have knowledge of all products very well as to be able to advise any customer according to specific requirements.
Financial:
- Responsible to achieve Revenue and Receivables Targets
- Performs other related tasks and duties assigned.
