Kama Ayurveda - Assistant Manager - Marketing (2-4 yrs)
Description/Role:
Assistant Manager- Marketing, will be responsible for developing and maintaining marketing strategies in coordination with the Marketing head to meet agreed company objectives and contribute to the advertising, Marketing. He /She shall be responsible to drive local marketing and represent the brand to the media and editors on an operational basis.

KEY DELIVERABLES/ RESPONSIBILITIES
Promotions:
- Conceptualising and executing local marketing activations to induce product trial or increase walk-ins
- Assist PR agency in local marketing initiatives
- Represent brand to media and publications as and when required.
- Ensure effective roll out of marketing programs and course correct basis stock availability and promotions availability at stores.
- Responsible for in store and out of store promotional activities for all stores in the assigned zone.
- Tie up with various establishments for cross promotions and branding and create a local visibility plan reaching out to customers at various touch points.
- Create micro marketing programs for catchments, track footfalls and catchment penetration and propose programs to address the gaps.
Implementation:
- Ensure effective execution of all marketing and visual merchandising activities at the zone.
- Identify local media opportunities and coordinate plans and bookings along with the head office team
- Coordinate local media and try and create visibility for the brand on barter basis
- Create and execute the local and catchment level media mix
- Plan and execute a regular catchment communication/newspaper inserts plan and ensure flawless execution
- Responsible for deployment of marketing material, supervising local print and production and ensure quality and standards are maintained.
Vendor Management:
- Identify local vendors.
- Negotiate with the vendors for creating rate contracts.
- Closely work with the operations team to track schedules and make suitable modifications in the launch plans
