A Performance Marketer is primarily responsible for the management of digital accounts. They are people with a keen interest in keeping the business abreast of emerging technologies and developments in the digital industry. The Performance Marketer drives the marketing department's digital marketing commercial performance through systematic campaign-specific results and overall measurement. Responsibilities :
- Driving the growth of self-operated paid channels including GDN, FB/Instagram, Linked In, Youtube
- Leverage data to optimize the channels- efficiency
- Come up with creative ideas for ads and have full ownership of the testing
- Work with the creative team on the creative production and testing
- Plan the strategic roadmaps for the channels, being on top of the latest trend in marketing
- Drive the A/B testing to ensure the sustainable growth of the channel in creative, targeting, landing pages, and so on
Requirements :
- 1-2 years in digital/performance/growth marketing role (In EdTech is a plus)
- Directly managed performance campaigns on GDN, FB/Instagram, Linked In, Youtube
- Excellent analytical skills and leverages data, metrics, analytics, and consumer behavior trends to generate creative ideas
- Strong cross-functional skills and experience working with product, engineering, creative, and analytics teams
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
- Adapt to a fast-paced startup environment
Skills and Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree or certificate course in digital marketing from a reputed institution
- Both strong data and creative mind in managing channels
- Structured approach on the testing and experimentations
