Kalco - Manager - Project Sales (5-8 yrs)
Job Role :
By engaging the Buyers (& Influencers) of architectural aluminium fabrication solutions and
- Continuous mapping of new projects coming up in the assigned territory.
- Understanding local competitive landscape.
- Understanding applicable local architectural trends.
- Understanding Customer/Project specific requirements.
- Understanding Customer specific buying practices, behaviour and market reputation.
- Correctly Positioning KALCO's Offerings and Strengths.
- Making and Presenting Proposals.
- Final discussions with the stakeholders.
- Ensuring project execution team to get all the relevant details and access to the relevant people in the customer organization.
- Take ownership of project team to deliver as per the terms of the order.
- Collect payments (advance and bills receivables).
- Win a written testimonial from the client/ influencers - as evidence of good job done by team Kalco.
- Manage client relationship - for future repeat business/ references

Educational Qualification
- Graduation/ post-graduation - any discipline; preferably Civil, Mechanical, Management subject/s.
- Basic Computing skills i.e. MS Office

- Good in Communication skills [clarity in speech],
- Convincing skills,
- Good enough with MS Office,
- Passionate and Enthusiastic,
- Bike preferred.

- Should be stable in job, not someone who has been jumping jobs often.
- Should be honest
- Should be open to take additional responsibilities
- Marks should not be below 50% in academics
Work Experience
- 5-8 years in Project sales having good network of Builders and Architects
- Similar role of high value (atleast Rs.5O lacs, single order) project to the real estate sector.
