Job Description :
1. Selling Door/Window/Facade/Ladder to Architect, Builder, Govt. Dept.
2. Managing B2B, B2C, B2G Sales
3. Continuous mapping of new projects coming up in the assigned territory
4. Understanding Customer specific buying practices, behaviour and market reputation
5. Correctly Positioning KALCOs Offerings and Strengths in front Architects & Govt. Dept.
6. Final discussions with the stake holders for order finalizations
7. Collect payments ( advance and bills receivables )
8. Win a written testimonial from the client / influencers as evidence of good job done by team Kalco
Required Candidate profile :
1. Requires Focus + Energy + Temperament to be the customers representative within Kalco and represent Kalco with the customers
2. Requires good Questioning and Listening skills
3. Self- confident & Self- directed
4. Energetic
5. Strong on Work Ethics
