Job Description :

- We are seeking dynamic and experienced Sales Executives to join our team and spearhead the outreach to premium retailers across India. As a Sales Executive, you will have the unique opportunity to travel extensively, connecting with premium retailers in various states and presenting our products and services. Your primary responsibility will be to build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, ensuring the visibility and promotion of Kalash Gold and Ornaments Pvt Ltd in the market.

Key Responsibilities :

- Travel to different states across India to meet with premium retailers and present Kalash Gold and Ornaments Pvt Ltd's products and services.

- Develop and execute strategic plans to establish and expand our presence in premium retail outlets.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within premium retail establishments.

- Identify new business opportunities and potential partnerships to drive sales growth.

- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and sales tools tailored to the needs of premium retailers.

- Achieve sales targets and objectives set by the company.

Requirements :

- Proven track record in on-ground sales, preferably in the luxury goods or jewelry industry.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with premium retailers.

- Strong negotiation and presentation skills, with the ability to influence decision-makers.

- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a demonstrated ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

- Willingness to travel extensively and work flexible hours as required.

- Prior experience in the jewellery industry or luxury goods market is an advantage, however it i snot mandatory to apply

- Fluency in multiple languages is a plus.
