Job Title: Customer Support Executive
Reporting to : Operations Manager
Job profile:
Responsibilities:
1. Handling customer queries on Web Chat, E-mails and Social Media
2. Educate customers with product and service information.
3. Maintain accurate customer records
4. Identify and escalate priority issues to the Team Leader and Ops Team
5. Actively participate in team meetings
6. Promote customer to buy subscriptions
7. Update our internal databases with information about technical issues and useful discussions with Users.
8. Assist in training junior Customer Support Representatives
Preferred Skills :
1. Handle all queries in a polite, professional manner
2. Probe and troubleshoot customer queries, and provide a suitable and satisfactory solution
3. Educate customers on services and processes
4. Escalate any issues to the Team Leader
5. Number of offline subscriptions sold.
6. Achieve agreed KPIs and Objectives
7. Adhere strictly to shift schedules
8. Adhere to laid down internal policies, procedures and processes
9. Work collaboratively with the team
Qualification :
Education : Graduate (Any)
Experience : 6+ months
