Digital Marketing Manager
Key Responsibilities:
- Build our digital brand equity - Plan and execute all SEO/SEM, marketing database, and digital display advertising campaigns, including mobile, email, & social media (FB & Insta marketing)
- Design, build and maintain Nua's social media presence, including developing new and innovative channels to reach out to both existing and emerging consumer segments
- Flawlessly execute end-to-end campaigns, liaising with key internal and external stakeholders
- Leverage our suite of rich data, targeting strategy and product channels to collaborate with other teams in the development of tailored solutions that meet client goals
- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies in the digital space
- Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
- Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
- Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
- Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide digital thought leadership and perspective to the Company Director
- Troubleshoot any technical or implementation issues, collaborating with internal teams to develop quick and sound solutions
Skills & Qualifications:
- 3 to 7 years of experience in Digital Marketing
- BE (CS) plus an MBA in Marketing would be preferred
- Experience with A/B & multivariate experiments, and paid social media marketing (Facebook, Instagram)
- Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g.: Google Analytics, Google Ad Words)
- Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Ad words campaigns
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
- Good to have: Knowledge of tools like Mixpanel, Crazy Egg, Optimizely; B2B Marketing experience
