Job Description : We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Manager for our Customer Solutions Group (CSG) in Udaipur. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 10 years of experience in Business Development and should possess strong IT industry knowledge, especially in CSG/Sales/Business Development roles. The primary responsibilities of this role include lead generation, business growth, pre-sales efforts, farming, upselling, and cross-selling.

Key Responsibilities :
- Identify and pursue potential leads and opportunities within the target market segments. Use market research and industry knowledge to identify prospects.
- Develop and execute strategies to drive business growth, including setting sales targets, developing market penetration plans, and establishing key performance indicators.
- Create and manage suctioning decks and pitch decks to effectively present the company's offerings to clients. Collaborate with the technical team to ensure solutions align with client needs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients. Understand their needs and work towards delivering value-added solutions.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products or services to existing clients. Maximize revenue potential from each client relationship.
- Leverage your extensive experience in IT Customer Solutions Group, Sales, and Business Development to drive success in this role. Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies.
Qualifications :
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in Business Development, preferably within the IT industry.
- Strong knowledge of Software application development and services.
- Excellent communication, analytical, presentation skills.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and other sales software
