Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated Associate for our Customer Success & Growth team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in lead generation, marketplace research, and customer success. In this role, you will work closely with sales and marketing teams to drive customer acquisition and growth through effective outreach, research, and communication strategies. A product mindset and a strong understanding of IT will be key to ensuring success in this dynamic position.
Responsibilities:
- Generate new leads and business opportunities through marketplaces such as Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, etc.
- Conduct cold outreach through emails and calls to potential clients to drive business growth.
- Research potential markets, customer needs, and competitive landscapes to build effective outreach strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding and continued success.
- Help with the creation and execution of strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
- Maintain and track outreach efforts and customer interactions for reporting and future strategy adjustments.
Skills:
- Strong lead generation experience, particularly in online marketplaces like Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, etc.
- Excellent cold emailing and calling skills to initiate client conversations and build relationships.
- Research-driven approach to understanding market trends, customer needs, and competitor offerings.
- Strong product mindset with the ability to articulate and demonstrate product value to potential customers.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Knowledge of IT services and technologies to engage with customers and prospects effectively.
Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field required.
- 1-5 years of experience in customer success, sales, or business development roles.
