Inside Sales Support (Full-Time) :

We are seeking a smart, passionate inside sales/customer support person capable of supporting a customer base for BloomKonnect's revolutionary farm-to- florist sales and logistics platform and our distributed sales force. Critical to success will be the ability to learn and teach the use of the company's various software platforms. Our customers in this division are flower retailers, grocers and event/wedding planners located around the continental United States.

S/he will thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where the - answer- is not yet known; is comfortable with ambiguity and with speaking his/her mind; has the ability to identify, research, contact, follow-up, onboard, and support prospective and new clients and sales personnel; S/he will a key part of our team and work closely with our sales people to expand our business. Finally, we are a lean team with an - all hands on deck- mentality and s/he is not afraid to roll up his or her sleeves.

Responsibilities will include :

- Research

- Telephone qualification of customers

- Setting up appointments

- Following up on leads

- Setting up customers

- Developing customer relationships

- Resolving Customer issues

- Helping Customers Place orders

- Following up with customers

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's Degree and the following - DNA- characteristics :

Compensation is competitive and includes a base salary. This is a great position to start and work your way up. May graduates will be considered.
