- Responsible for managing user portfolio, customers engagement and analysing the performance of the portfolio.
- Define reporting and alerting requirements for the different stages of the products given to customers
- Take end-to-end responsibility from profile review, risk assessment, excel based reporting and data integrity.
- Manage communication and resolve customer grievances seamlessly across phone, email, chat.
- Constantly be on the lookout for ways to improve monitoring, discover issues and deliver better value to the customer
- Look for innovative marketing pieces to reach out to underserved and unserved segments
- Diverse & cross-functional learning opportunities to explore all kinds of roles and directly work with the CoFounders
- Fluent in written/chat/call based communication in English, Hindi & one of (Kannada/Tamil/Malayalam/Telugu)
- Really proficient with Microsoft Excel
- Comfortable with MIS, analytics and social media
- Should be sincere, honest and a fast learner
