JustGhar - Inside Sales Role (2-3 yrs)

We connect the property developers, buyers, sellers and everyone in between by providing simple effective technology tools to enable greater awareness, better relationships and easy & reliable transactions.
- As part of our overall vision of making home buying experience easy and delightful, we are constantly innovating and optimizing our marketing and Customer engagement strategies and we are looking to employ a passionate pre-sales associate.
Responsibilities :
- Calling the customers, explaining about the project and converting them into perspective leads
- Attend to inbound calls
- Managing - Web chat & Email Support
- Understand customer needs and requirement
- Qualify leads and pass to respective locations
- Communicate with clients and manage the proposals
- Explain JustGhar's market offerings and products
- Coordinate the builder to arrange for the site visit
- Understand the projects & USPs
- Manage the feedback from the client
- Maintain good business relationship with client and builder
- Work with the team to share the responsibilities and work towards achieving team's targets
Skills :
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Passion for sales & marketing
- Basic knowledge about computer
