Justdial - Manager - Field Sales (2-10 yrs)
Job Role/Objective :
We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Business Development Manager to join our team. The primary focus of this role will be to drive Client Acquisition, customer engagement, new business development, corporate alliances, and B2B sales. This is a versatile role that involves a mix of client visits and office-based responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement strategic plans to generate leads, identify new business opportunities, and drive sales growth in assigned territories or market segments.
- Build and nurture relationships with potential clients, key stakeholders, and industry influencers to enhance Justdial's brand presence and drive customer engagement.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the industry, and use insights to develop targeted sales strategies.
- Proactively reach out to prospects through cold calling, email campaigns, networking events, and other channels to initiate sales conversations and promote Justdial's products and services.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to tailor solutions to meet customer needs and ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Negotiate and close sales agreements, contracts, and partnerships with new and existing clients, and manage the end-to-end sales process from lead generation to deal closure.
- Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and pitches to prospective clients, highlighting the value proposition of Justdial's offerings and addressing client needs and concerns.
- Track and analyze sales performance metrics, pipeline activity, and revenue forecasts to measure progress against targets and identify areas for improvement.
Key Skills :
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
- Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or account management roles, preferably in the technology, e-commerce, or digital marketing industry with at least 2 years of sales experience.
- Strong understanding of lead generation techniques, customer acquisition strategies, and B2B sales processes.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers at all levels.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and work independently with minimal supervision.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings within the city, networking events, and industry conferences as needed.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
