Just Wines - International/Inside Sales Role (3-8 yrs)
About the Role :
- Phone Sales - Individual Contributor
Location : Faridabad (Next to NHPC Metro Station)
Key Responsibilities :
- Make outbound customer calls to promote and sell our product.
- Encourage customers to buy services and products by using a prepared script to reference important parts of what the company offers.
- Go off-script when necessary to build a relationship with customers or answer any questions they have not addressed in the script.
- Advise prospective and current customers by answering questions and addressing concerns about purchased products.
- Cross selling & upselling of products
- Follow organization standards to maintain quality service and guarantee customers receive exceptional service.
- Consolidate existing and build new customer base.
- Ensure Data security is maintained.
- Boost morale in the office by encouraging other sales representatives and adopting a team mentality on the sales floor.
- Report any necessary changes to equipment or processes that will boost productivity and efficiency and cut back on wasted costs
- Achieve targets and deliver beyond.
Candidate Requirements :
- Minimum 3 years of International outbound sales experience. Can be from UK, US or Australia markets
- Excellent English Communication skills (Neutral Accent)
- Good conversational skills, must be able to speak fluently
- Experienced in working with targets
- Experience of working on dialers preferred
- Must be a team player
- An interest in and a desire to learn about wines
- Willingness to work in shifts, 5 days working
