Just Dial - Sales Trainer (2-5 yrs)
1. To deliver new hire training program to Telemarketing, Marketing Executives and CIC.
2. To Conduct On Job Training modules.
3. Trainer is required to be on field for on job training for marketing executives.
4. Needs to adhere to the training SOP and any deviation must be reported to the managers immediately.
5. Checking assessment sheets during NHT.
6. Monitoring and reviewing the progress of trainees through questionnaires and discussions with managers.
7. Conducting Handholding, Refresher and reorientation sessions.
8. Conducting Adhoc Session as per branch and training requirement.
9. Conducting Managers Update sessions.
10. Responsible for the professional development of the sales staff.
11. To implement programs to improve performance and efficiency.
12. To prepare report after evaluating all trainees and update the same on a daily basis on the training dashboard.
13. To prepare week calendar.
14. To conduct Training Need Analysis and report training needs for the location.
15. To interact with Quality Team and find out the training requirements.
16. Mentoring trainees once on floor and suggesting ways to improve.
17. Ensuring overall quality of training imparted and informing on any deviations from plans
18. Designing and preparing the training module as and when required.
19. Coordinating with other trainers and managers regarding availability and session timings.
20. Trainer should be open to travel to other locations to conduct training session, if there is a training requirement.
