Just Creative Designs - Executive - Sales (1-3 yrs)
Job Summary :
We are looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented Sales Executives to generate leads, engage clients, and drive sales for our interior designing services. The ideal candidate will be a go-getter with a flair for consultative selling and relationship-building. This role is crucial to driving revenue and establishing a strong local presence.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Lead Generation
- Actively seek out and generate leads through cold calling, door-to-door campaigns, and partnerships.
- Identify potential customers in premium residential areas and gated communities.
- Distribute flyers and promotional materials to create awareness.
2. Client Interaction :
- Conduct client meetings, understand their requirements, and provide suitable design solutions.
- Offer free consultations and build trust through a personalized approach.
- Follow up with warm leads to ensure higher conversion rates.
3. Field Activities :
- Visit builders, hardware stores, architectural firms, Listing websites and apartment complexes to establish a network of referrals.
- Represent the company at exhibitions, workshops, and community events to generate leads.
4. Sales Process Management :
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and leads in the CRM.
- Assist clients in understanding the scope of services and close deals with professional proposals.
- Coordinate with the design and operations team to ensure smooth onboarding of clients.
5. Reporting and Feedback :
- Report daily activities and sales progress to the Sales Manager.
- Provide market feedback to refine sales strategies.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent; prior sales experience is a plus.
- 1-3 years of experience in B2C sales, preferably in the interior design or related industries.
- Strong understanding of customer service and consultative selling.
