Jupitice Justice Technologies - Manager - Business Development/Government Sales (7-8 yrs)
- Manager - Strategic/Communication Expert -Business Development/Sale, responsibilities include developing key growth sales and marketing strategies, penetrate the Govt bodies and make them aware about our product, tactics and action plans. Successful execution of these strategies is required to achieve your financial targets. Sales and Marketing individual will include hitting annual targets, building relationships with Govt Bodies/PSU's, analyzing market and understanding customer trends in Government bodies.
Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute a strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base in Government Bodies and PSU's
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Partner with Govt. Bodies to understand their business needs and objectives.
- Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations.
- Promoting the company's existing brands and introducing new services to the Government bodies.
- Researching and developing marketing opportunities and plans, understanding Government sector requirements, identifying market trends in Government bodies, and suggesting system improvements to achieve the company's marketing goals.
- Implementing new sales plans and advertising.
- Maintaining relationships with important Government clients by making regular visits, understanding their needs, and anticipating new marketing opportunities.
- Successfully establish strategic partnerships/collaborations with governmental organizations, international institutions and governmental organizations.
- Communicate closely with the Government Institutions including but not just limited to PSUs, Government Departments, Ministries, and Embassies.
- Person should expert in hitting the nail at last stage for closing Business Deals with governmental organizations, international institutions and governmental organizations.
- Effectively send emails, follow-ups, and updates to the target audience.
Qualifications For Business Development Manager (Government) :
1. A minimum of 7-8 years of experience in working in Business Development with SAAS / IT- Product organization for doing sales for Government Agencies / Bodies.
2. A proven track record of working in alignment with Government Agencies, establishing deals for robust Strategic Relations, and expertise in facilitating MOUs.
3. A required Bachelor's degree in Technology or Management from reputed University.
4. An MBA degree from Tier 1/ Tier II University or a Master's degree from an accredited University.
5. Excellent verbal communication on call.
6. Great research skills and proven track record of working individually and independently.
7. Exceptional English speaking skills. Knowledge of the Hindi language or any other regional language would be appreciated.
