Job Description :
As a Strategic Communication and Relationship Expert, you will play a pivotal role in propelling the growth and expansion of our business, particularly within Government Bodies and PSUs. Your duties will encompass crafting and executing strategic business development and marketing plans, forging key relationships, and achieving financial targets.
Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute a strategic plan to achieve targets and penetrate our base within Government Bodies and PSUs.
- Collaborate with Government Bodies to comprehend their business requirements and objectives.
- Articulate the value proposition effectively through proposals and presentations.
- Promote our product - JUSTECH and services and introduce them to Government Bodies.
- Conduct research to identify marketing opportunities, understand Government sector requirements, discern market trends in Government bodies, and propose system improvements to attain the company's marketing objectives.
- Foster relationships with significant Government clients through regular visits, understanding their needs, and anticipating new marketing prospects.
- Establish strategic partnerships/collaborations with governmental organizations, international institutions, and governmental organizations.
- Maintain close communication with Government Institutions including but not limited to PSUs, Government Departments, Ministries, and Embassies.
- Skilfully negotiate and finalize business deals with governmental organizations, international institutions, and governmental organizations.
Main Responsibilities :
- Report to Founder and Co-Founder and work with them to define Business Development propositions, carry end-to-end responsibility to increase revenues.
- Coordinate between ministries, departments, and state governments.
- Capacity building and training of stakeholders related to various schemes.
- Suggest technical solutions based on feedback from stakeholders.
- Generate Business through new opportunities in Central/State Government departments.
- Travel across the defined territory for all Business Development activities.
- Be responsible for growing existing accounts and acquiring strategic new customers.
- Promote our solutions and services to existing business units, establish new revenue streams with new business units, as well as maintain and grow established business streams within the account.
- Work across businesses to take solutions to the market.
- Collate information on prospective clients, even where an appointment is not obtained.
- Adopt a consulting approach to build solid customer relationships whereby becoming a credible and consistent source of technology alignment in key accounts.
Requirements :
- Experience of 8+ years, in dealing and working with different Government bodies and agencies.
- Preferred Master's Degree from Tier-I or Tier-II university
- Thorough experience in Business Development and Relationship in Govt. Sector, PSUs.
- Proven examples of winning deals by innovative deal structuring.
- Meets Business Development targets consistently and considered to be a top-notch Hunter.
- Demonstrated ability to establish priorities and organize.
