Jupitice Justice Technologies - Executive - Business Development (2-5 yrs)
We are looking for a highly motivated and dynamic Business Development Executive with at least 2 years of experience (highly motivated freshers are welcome to apply) in product/software sales. This is an exciting opportunity for freshers or individuals with minimal experience who are eager to kickstart their careers in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Sales & Lead Conversion : Generate and qualify leads, and convert them into business opportunities.
- Client Interaction : Communicate effectively with potential clients via email, calls, and meetings to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions.
- Proposal Drafting : Prepare commercial proposals, draft emails, letters, and create business presentations to support client acquisition.
- Product Demos : Collaborate with the tech and legal teams to give product demos, ensuring a seamless understanding of the software/products sold.
- Presentation Skills : Confidently present product features, value propositions, and business solutions to clients.
- Client Relationship Management : Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and satisfaction.
- Collaboration : Work closely with cross-functional teams, especially the tech and legal teams, to understand product features and ensure smooth sales operations.
- Travel : Be flexible and willing to travel for client meetings, product demonstrations, and business development opportunities as required.
Skills & Qualifications :
- Communication Skills : Strong written and verbal communication skills. Must be able to convey ideas and solutions clearly.
- Presentation Skills : Confident in creating and delivering presentations to clients and internal teams.
- Tech Savvy : Comfortable with technology and software solutions, able to provide product demos effectively.
- Flexibility : Willingness to travel and adapt to changing schedules and environments.
- Sales-Oriented : Driven by targets, with a natural ability to persuade, influence, and convert leads.
- Collaborative : Comfortable working in a team environment and collaborating with various departments.
- Proactive & Self-Motivated : Takes initiative and is confident in tackling new challenges in a highly competitive role.
