- Lead Generation KRA

- Prospecting and Research

- Conduct thorough market research to identify potential customers and target markets.

- Use tools such as LinkedIn, CRM systems, and other data sources to identify decision-makers and generate lead lists.

- Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities to refine prospecting strategies.

- Outbound Lead Generation

- Execute outbound campaigns via cold calling, cold emailing, and social selling to generate new leads.

- Develop scripts and strategies for outreach to maximize lead generation efforts.

- Track and monitor outreach efforts using CRM tools.

- Inbound Lead Generation

- Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement inbound lead generation strategies.

- Monitor incoming leads through website, landing pages, and digital ads.

- Qualify inbound leads by assessing their fit with the company's target customer profile.

- Lead Qualification

- Qualify leads based on predefined criteria (e.g., budget, need, timeline, authority).

- Maintain a detailed record of lead interactions and qualification stages in CRM software.

- Relationship Building

- Build and nurture relationships with prospects through regular follow-ups, personalized communication, and value-based outreach.

- Provide prospects with relevant information about products/services to guide them through the decision-making process.

- Collaboration with Sales and Marketing Teams

- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless handoff of qualified leads for closing.

- Work closely with the marketing team to align lead generation activities with ongoing campaigns and content marketing efforts.

- Provide feedback to the marketing team on lead quality and campaign effectiveness.

Performance Tracking and Reporting :

- Track key lead generation metrics such as the number of leads generated, lead-to-opportunity conversion rate, and cost per lead.

- Prepare regular reports on lead generation performance and present insights to management.

- Use data to continuously improve and optimize lead generation efforts.

Lead Nurturing

- Implement and manage lead nurturing campaigns to engage prospects who aren't yet ready to purchase.

- Use email marketing, newsletters, and targeted content to maintain engagement with leads over time.

Technology Utilization :

- Utilize CRM software, email automation tools, and other technology to streamline lead generation and nurturing processes.


- Keep updated on new tools and technologies that can enhance lead generation effectiveness.

Achieving Targets

- Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly lead generation targets set by the management.

- Consistently deliver high-quality leads that convert into sales opportunities.
