Jupiter Connects - Customer Support Role - Telecalling (1-2 yrs)
Will prefer candidates with at least 1 year of International calling experience in a business-to- business (B2B) environment.
2. Preferred candidate will be someone with 1-4 years of experience in inside sales preferably in IT/ITES domain. We can also look at Tech Support people with up selling experience.
3. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
4. Ability to maintain an upbeat and positive attitude at all times.
5. Willing to work in any given shifts
6. Strong work ethic
7. Ability to work in self-directed, fast-paced entrepreneurial environment
8. Basic computer skills including Internet, Email, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications :
- Minimum 6 months experience max 5 years experience(International Voice)
- Good communication (English)
