Role Overview :
We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Program Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring workshop participants are engaged, satisfied, and actively involved in our learning ecosystem. This role is ideal for a fresh graduate who is excited to interact with customers, bridge gaps between expectations and delivery, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our platform.
Key Responsibilities :
- Customer Engagement : Reach out to workshop participants to ensure attendance, gather feedback, and encourage them to rate their experience on the app, Play Store, and App Store.
- Feedback Collection : Act as a key point of contact to gather first-hand insights on user experiences and areas for improvement.
- Bridge Gaps : Identify and address any discrepancies between participant expectations and the actual delivery of workshops, ensuring a smooth and satisfying experience.
- Content Development Input : Collaborate with the team by suggesting new, relevant workshop topics based on customer feedback and emerging industry trends.
- Retention Strategy : Help create strategies to keep users engaged and returning to the app by identifying pain points and opportunities for improvement.
- Support Customer Journey : Understand and analyze the customer journey in the app to provide valuable insights on how to improve the overall experience.
Qualifications & Skills :
- Education : Graduate from a recognized university (freshers are welcome to apply).
- Excellent Communication Skills : Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a customer-focused attitude.
- Problem-Solving Attitude : Ability to proactively identify issues and work on solutions to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Attention to Detail : Strong focus on gathering accurate feedback and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Organizational Skills : Ability to manage multiple tasks, including follow-ups and coordination, with attention to deadlines.
