Junior Wealth Manager- Sales - Bank (3-6 yrs)

Mandatory Requirement:
- 3 to 5 years of sales experience.

- Should have an affable personality, especially while liaising with counter parties
About the client:
- Our client is a young organization set up by ex-bankers. They started with a single line of business, the firm has now ventured in to 4 different businesses in the Capital Market and Fund Business space.
- The company provides carefully curated financial solutions which spreads across advisory services to offshore investment managers, Institutional Investors and accredited investors, and consultancy services to offshore and onshore asset managers.
- Currently the firm advises upwards of USD 600 million in Assets under management. In the consulting business, provides consultancy services for setting up AIFs (Alternate Investment Fund) & FPIs (Foreign Portfolio Investor) for investments into Indian markets.
- It also runs a turn-key project where it advises on set up of structure to taxation applicability to the setup of counter parties in India.
- The company is also a registered Derivative Clearing Member with NSE and clears trades for more than 30 clients onshore & offshore. The firm has placed upwards of INR 500 cr with the exchange and clears around INR 8,000 cr worth of trades daily.
Job Roles and Responsibilities:
- Prospecting, generating and acquiring leads, i.e. of Family Offices, Wealth Management Companies, Private Banks & Asset Managers who wish to invest in India / global markets under various asset classes such as equity, Debt, Mutual Funds and unlisted securities.
- Managing and growing existing business and client relationships.
- Managing Sales Activities and achieving monthly targets across products and services.
- Responsible for preparing yearly budgets and strategies for achieving the targets.
- Providing relevant information and feedback regarding competitors and their offerings, thereby
- Helping the product team to derive product variants and adding value to existing products and services.
