Junior Social Media Executive (2-4 yrs)
One of our clients is hiring for the position of Jr. Social Media Executive.
Responsibility :
- Creates marketing and social media campaigns and strategies, including budget planning, content ideation, and implementation schedules.
- Manage the social media marketing calendar and ensure that day-to-day marketing initiatives are aligned with the brand identity and objectives
- Post to and manage client's brand positioning across all social channels
- Manage relationships with external marketing partners, including influencers and brands
- Ensures brand consistency in marketing and social media messages by working with various company department members, including advertising, product development, and brand management.
- Grows and expands company social media presence into new social media platforms, plus increases presence on existing platforms including Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and Instagram.
- Monitor trends in Social Media tools, applications, channels, design, and strategy.
- Manage influencer send-outs
- Monitoring the company's brand on social media with key ORM initiatives.
- Manage engagement with the social audience, including comment and direct message moderation/responses
- Use consumer insights and data to evaluate ongoing social media marketing success and track against KPIs, including followers, engagement, reach, etc.
- Create & manage Facebook Ads.
- Excellent communication, English writing, and presentation skills.
- Knowledge and understanding of the online marketing field.
- Should be able to work under pressure whilst adhering to timelines.
- Communicate with industry professionals and influencers via social media to create a strong network.
- Formulating high-quality copy and visual content for each social media campaign
Qualifications
- 2-3 years of experience in social & content marketing
- Experience working with and developing a marketing plan.
- Ability to develop the right voice for each social media platform.
- Proven ability to build social media communities with a native-1st approach.
- Ability to measure the success of campaigns.
- Marketer. Ideator. Meme, Spoof Creator.
The salary range for the Jr. Social Media Executive is up to 4.5L annually.
The position will be based out of Ahmedabad or Mumbai or Bangalore depending on where the applicant lives/where the applicant wants to move. We would prefer the applicants to have some experience in the gaming space or in relevant spaces. However, that isn't a decisive factor.
