Junior Showroom Manager - Sales (3-8 yrs)
Job Summary :
- This is a leadership role that will be responsible for streamlining processes for the entire customer sales lifecycle from on boarding to solving their needs through our product offerings in an apt manner (Qualification, Pre-sales, Pitching & Design Presentations, Pricing, Proposals, Negotiations, Execution & Closure).
- This is a people management role and will entail coaching and mentoring of the team to ensure that all the members are aligned to work towards the vision of the organization and serve the customers to the best of their abilities.
- Candidate should able to sale concept of the premium products.
Key Duties & Responsibilities :
The incumbent will be responsible for the entire gamut of Sales, Business Promotion and Operations for the allocated showroom, which includes but not limited to:
- Responsible for translating the business vision and strategy into the allocated showroom.
- Good strategy delivered with greater execution rigour on ground will drive the transformation that will result in enhancing the brand equity of the organization.
- Expected to drive customer and influencer (architects and interior designers) engagement that will be integral to the growth of the business.
- Responsible for showroom P&L, people capability and consumer NPS (great experience to the customer at each step of the sales cycle is a must).
- Responsible for the monthly/quarterly/annually target delivery and midterm strategy & budget planning.
- Drive the showroom people agenda, through recruitment/training and development, keeping the energy at high levels so they are engaged and deliver great results always.
- Expected to be a leader who has a hunger to leave a lasting impact and most importantly is passionate about consumers and curious to solve problems and courageous to challenge the status quo.
- Work conjointly with stake holders and partner function - HR/Finance/Supply Chain/Production/ IT/Operations/Installation and the corporate online and Marketing function.
- Expected to manage the performance objectively, & drive performance driven accountability at every level
