Junior/Senior Manager - Content Writer (1-5 yrs)

Job Responsibilities :
Content strategy :
- Participate in brainstorming sessions with the client to understand client needs and pain points.
- Identify content topics and suitable dissemination formats that would best resonate with the target audience as per business priorities.
- Identify potential themes and campaigns based on trending industry topics.
Content development :
- Develop and execute as per the monthly content calendar, including coordination with stakeholders for messaging inputs, design and positioning, etc.
- Create and repurpose content for a range of purposes and formats as needed.
- Write timely relevant content to ensure that the clients owned and shared platforms remain fresh and up to date with valuable content.
- Commission, monitor the content creation process by the team, freelancers and external experts.
Requirements (Desired skills and experience)
- Masters or equivalent degree in communications, journalism or related areas.
- Minimum 1 years of work experience with exposure to varied types of content across different industry verticals.
- Flawless writing, love for storytelling and attention to detail.
- Strong ability to craft a story suited to the target audience.
- Keen eye for different content formats, including visual formats, and ability to tailor content.
- Familiarity with Google suite, PowerPoint, Word, Excel.
- Adequate familiarity with LinkedIn and Twitter.
- Reasonable comfort with technology and willingness to explore new tools.
- Planning, organisation, and time management.
