Junior Sales Role - Wellness & Fitness (2-3 yrs)
Key Responsibilities:
Product Promotion : Present and demonstrate the value of Intelligence Report and 3-Month Nutrition Plan to wellness centers, yoga studios, physiotherapy clinics, and other targeted health locations.
Relationship Building : Develop strong, lasting partnerships with wellness professionals to ensure continued collaboration and support.
Sales Execution : Identify potential leads, schedule meetings, and deliver persuasive sales presentations to increase product adoption.
Market Analysis : Understand and track industry trends, competitor offerings, and client needs to adapt sales strategies and improve product positioning.
Feedback Collection : Gather insights from clients to help the company refine products and meet market demands effectively.
Goal Achievement : Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, contributing directly to company growth and expansion.
Qualifications :
- 2-3 years of sales experience, ideally in the wellness, healthcare, or fitness industry.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
- Knowledge of the wellness market and an understanding of health products and trends.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey product benefits effectively.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Willingness to travel locally to meet with prospective clients.
