Job profile To Scale up Chukde Sales

- Ensure regular interval billing from Key Account / Retail Chain

- To have the analytical ability for cross checking the competitor activities and promotions and come up with a strategy for us and get that strategy implemented

- Ensure that the required MIS / Reports are sent regularly.

- Fluent in local language

- Sound Arithmetic Skills

- Excellent Oral and Written Communication skills

- Excellent Computer Skills

- Plan Targets scientifically & Plan to achieve them through various Sources

- Cost Control - Ensure that the operative costs are managed and there is no wastage or over expenditure.

- Healthy Relationships with Key Personnel at the client end

- Business delivery as per plans for various Lines

- Setting service standards and implementation of standards

- Damaged & Expired Stocks management

- Ensure that the required MIS / Reports are sent regularly.

Job Score Card

- Scaling up Chukde sales from 0 to 2 LPM by the end of 2nd month for vrigin geography / Scaling up sales of running territory by first 3 months from the date of joining

- Scaling up Chukde sales by 8% each month from 3rd/ 4th month onwards

- Following the PJP for all mapped stores

- Every week schedule will be 3 days Udaiour, 2 days Jodhpur, 1 day Kota

- Reporting of merchandizing activities done in each store visited during each day.

- Key focus on pulling up sales for Blends and powder spices

- Taking reporting and daily sales of Promoters and making roaster of promoters

- Able to make Good Relation with local buyers

- Good Knowledge of Computer, Internet & Excel

- To have a 4G enabled smart phone

- To clear Outstanding Payment of Retail Chains

- Clear & Solve the Damages & Expiry Stock Issues

- To get the stocks received at store level and get the GRN copy

- Following Field assist without any excuses.

- Field allowance / TA-DA will be as per compnay policy only
