Junior Sales Executive - Manufacturing & Trading (1-3 yrs)
- One of our esteemed clients is looking for a Jr. Sales Executive. The role is for growth-oriented people with entrepreneurial mindset.
About Client:
Our client is Ahmedabad based manufacturing & trading organization, they are manufacturer & traders of 60 + type of Construction chemical (e.g. Waterproofing, Flooring, grouts, Epoxy, Tile adhesive, Plaster, RMC etc.) They have two manufacturing facility in Gujarat. Their office is near Ahmedabad, Gujarat
- Roles and responsibilities :
- Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions.
- Coordinating with the sales team for managing schedules.
- Assist Sr. Sales Executive in developing proposal and quotation for client and take follow up for the same.
- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media
- Handling the processes of all orders with accuracy and timeliness
- Inform clients about unforeseen delays or problems.
- Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards
- The Jr. Sales person must liaise between other departments and the client to provide the service most suitable to the client's needs, cost and time restraints.
- Aim to achieve the monthly and yearly targets.
- Maintain daily sales report digitally and in hard copies.
- Ensure the inventory of custom sales presentation materials such as brochures and presentation folders are always up to date.
- Present weekly/monthly report to the management/ Sales Head
- Informing clients about any updates regarding product development or launch of new product.
- Co-ordinate with Sr. sales executive for sales closure. (if needed)
- Skills Require
- Good in communication.
- PC literacy (MS Office, in particular)
- Good Problem-Solving skills.
- Good at documentation.
- Brisks in follow ups and should be techno - commercial.
- Excellent active listening/negotiation/organizational skills.
