About the Role:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Junior Sales Executive to join our Mangalore branch. This role is ideal for a dynamic individual looking to kickstart or further their career in sales. The Junior Sales Executive will play a critical role in supporting sales activities, building client relationships, and contributing to the overall growth of the branch.
The ideal candidate should have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a proactive attitude to achieve business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Support & Execution:
- Assist in the implementation of sales strategies to meet and exceed branch targets.
- Identify potential customers and generate leads through market research, cold calling, and networking.
- Follow up on leads and inquiries to convert prospects into clients.
- Support the senior sales team in achieving branch goals and objectives.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Address client inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and provide excellent customer service.
- Represent the company professionally in meetings, presentations, and events.
Market Insights & Reporting:
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and progress reports using CRM tools.
- Prepare and share regular updates on sales performance and opportunities with the sales team.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience: 3+ years in sales, preferably in a related industry.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite.
