Junior Sales Executive - IT (2-5 yrs)

Job Summary :

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Junior Sales Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in the IT industry and a strong ability to communicate effectively with customers. Experience in the infrastructure domain is a plus. The role requires a proactive approach to multitasking and the ability to prioritize tasks based on customer needs. The Junior Sales Executive will work closely with Sales Leads to ensure customer satisfaction and achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.

- Coordinate and collaborate with Sales Leads to execute sales strategies and achieve targets.

- Engage in customer-facing activities, including presentations, meetings, and negotiations.

- Identify potential sales opportunities and actively pursue new business.

- Manage multiple tasks efficiently, ensuring all priorities are aligned with customer requirements.

- Provide regular updates on sales activities and progress to the Sales Manager.

- Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and other team activities.

Qualifications :

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the IT industry, with a focus on sales.

- Experience in the infrastructure domain is an advantage.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.

- Proven experience in customer-facing roles, with the ability to build and maintain relationships.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Preferred Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
