Location - Baner, Pune
U.S Shift Only 6:00PM - 3:00AM
Job Description :
Responsibilities:
- Mainly responsible to communicate with customers based in USA and Canada.
- Build a healthy pipeline of leads assigned and go through the entire sales cycle from reaching out to each potential customers to prospecting them and closures
- Run scheduled demos for our product (go-to-meeting, calls, skype etc) and engage with high-level decision-makers including Directors of Marketing and CEOs across the e-commerce industry
- Manage all accounts and continuously guide them to success. Work towards upsells, cross-sell opportunities regularly.
- Creating an amazing first experience with the company Apps brand for potential clients
- Provide regular feedback on product, marketing, customer success, and technical support teams to ensure continuous improvement at all levels in the organization
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills
- Good Email writing skills.
- Strong computer skills, including CRM, Microsoft Word, Power Point and Excel.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
Qualification: Bachelor of Business Administration
Bachelor Of Business Management
Bachelor of Commerce Undergraduate
Working Days : 5 Days a Week
