Educational qualification: Diploma in Plastic Mold Technology from CIPET are preferred with experience

in a similar role,,

Work experience:

- 2 to 3 years previous experience in Plastics background

- Strong communication skills.

Responsibility :

1) To cover the Western territory . May be deputed to other regions also.

2) Follow up customer for generating enquiries

3) Installation, commissioning & after sales service of Mold Dehumidifiers, Blow Molding Boosters, Additional Injection Units, Hot Runner Systems.

4) Product Performance feedback by customer time to time

5) Support to customer by Visit and on phone calls when they face problem.

6) Prompt service support to customer & technical discussion with customer

7) Studying drawings/customers- requirements in detail

8) Suggesting and convincing customers suitable products for their respective requirements

9) Coordination with Head office for submission of offers to customers

10) Follow up with customers for purchase orders and preparation of reports on orders booked or lost.

11) Coordination with customers and our engineers for installation commissioning and after sales service activities.

12) Follow up with customers for payments.

13) Submission of visit reports/expense statements to HO

CTC: (depends on current CTC, relevant work experience & qualification)
