Profile : Junior Product Sales Manager - Credit Cards
Experience : 3 Years
CTC : Upto 6 LPA
Location : Mumbai
Principal Duties/Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with Distribution teams (Internal / external - Agent network) PAN India for sales of Credit Cards.
- Work with the respective banking partner, develop strategy to increase sales and ensure proper processing of the credit cards.
- Motivate and guide the team to achieve results.
- Plan, monitor and appraise job results.
- Develop, coordinate and enforce systems, policies, procedures, and productivity standards.
- Work upon day-to-day data analysis, business analysis, data visualization and ensure proper reporting of daily numbers to the entire network and management.
- Interact with channel/ client SPOCs to follow up on leads generation and handle escalations related to documentation as per requirements.
- Achieve targets assigned as per the job profile.
