Job Description :
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Online Reputation Manager with 1-2 years of experience in social media and digital marketing. The ideal candidate will help create and maintain a favorable brand image for the company and its products, manage social media accounts, and handle online engagement. This role requires a basic understanding of search engine behavior, social media platforms, and strategies to manage the company's reputation effectively.
Key Responsibilities :
- Monitor and manage the company's social media accounts, ensuring positive engagement with the audience.
- Respond to negative reviews and ratings on various platforms, including review sites and social media.
- Develop and publish positive content to enhance the company's online reputation.
- Conduct social listening to stay updated on public sentiment and emerging issues.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align ORM strategies with overall brand goals.
- Assist in the development and implementation of ORM strategies and policies.
- Engage with dissatisfied customers to address their concerns and mitigate negative reviews.
- Conduct online research to identify negative keywords associated with the brand and develop strategies to counteract them.
- Support the management team in maintaining and improving the company's reputation.
Technical Skills Required :
- Basic understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Familiarity with social listening tools and analytics.
- Basic knowledge of search engine behavior and SEO principles.
- Experience in content creation and digital marketing.
Soft Skills Required :
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to handle sensitive situations with tact and professionalism.
- Strong analytical skills to measure the effectiveness of ORM strategies.
- Problem-solving mindset and proactive approach to addressing issues.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or a related role.
- Internship or project experience in online reputation management is a plus.
Preferred :
- Basic experience in ORM operations, campaign execution, and planning.
- Familiarity with social CRM and social analytics.
- Knowledge of forums, blogs, and review sites.
