Junior Manager - Inside Sales - Giftech Platform (2-7 yrs)

Office Timings :
- 10 am - 7 pm, Mon - Friday,
- Sat - 2 nd and 4th Off
Job Role :
Inside Sales Manager :
- Inbound Inquiries for gifting, rewards, and incentive projects:
- Handling customer Inquiries by phone or mail.
- Arranging appointments by phone
- Inbound Calls/Chats/Queries
- Lead generation : Connecting with Old Customers
- Order Management : Coordinating with customers for any order-related issues. Billing, Invoicing and Payment Follow Up
- Preparing Quotation/Product presentations
- Proper Maintenance of Customer records
- Handling Companies' participation in exhibitions etc
- Reporting: Daily and Weekly Reports
Job requirement :
- 2-7 years in sales coordination jobs Inside Sales.
- Preferably in Corporate Sales Inside Sales
- Gifting, Rewards, and Incentive company experience preferred
- Excellent English Speaking and Written Skills
- Knowledge of PPT, and Excel Must
- Should be proactive and willing to work under pressure
- Candidates working in gifting companies preferred, in B2B companies preferred Or in B2B Sales.
