Junior Manager - Enterprise Sales/Business Development - SaaS (2-3 yrs)
Position Name - Junior BDM Enterprise Sales
Location - Nariman Point, Mumbai
Experience - 2-3 yrs
Mandatory Requirement :
1. 0.5 to 2 years of proven SaaS Enterprise sales closing experience, and consistent over-achievement of quotas
2. Good to have done sales of HR Tech products like HCM, ATS, Payroll software, HRMS, Greytip
3. Experience in Enterprise HR-Tech domain would be a plus
4. Bachelor's degree (or equivalent work experience) business, marketing and Sales or related field of study.

Job Role and Responsibilities :
1. Develop an understanding of customer business and solution requirements.
2. Participating in 3-way solution calls with Sales, Pre-Sales, and Customers to build solutions for our customers.
3. Work collaboratively with solutions delivery team for timely deployment of the solution.
4. Identify Key Decision Makers by performing research and using prospecting tools.
5. Responsible for generating business from Enterprise Account through consultative sales methodology.
6. Ability to analyse the customer needs and map them to software solution which addresses the needs is going to be extremely desirable.
7. Passion for technology and using it to solve business problems
8. Creative & strong solution selling skill
9. Familiar with social media tools and technologies and their use in prospecting and lead nurturing
10. Experience in managing high-volume sales pipelines
11. Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English
12.Have excellent time management and organizational skills
13. Experience in Enterprise HR-Tech domain would be a plus
