Junior Graphic Designer (2-5 yrs)
Key Responsibilities :
1. Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to create visually appealing and effective designs for both digital and print media.
2. Assist in the development of branding materials, ensuring consistency across all platforms.
3. Provide creative input in campaign brainstorming sessions.
4. Produce drafts, prototypes, and engaging design solutions.
5. Incorporate feedback from team members and make necessary revisions.
6. Stay updated with industry trends and the competitive landscape to ensure designs are current.
Qualifications :
1. Bachelor's degree in Design or a related field.
2. 1-2 years of experience in graphic design (startup experience is a plus).
3. Proficiency in design software, including:
- Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
- Sketch or Figma for UI/UX designs
- CorelDRAW (optional but a plus)
- Familiarity with Canva for quick designs and presentations.
4. Strong portfolio showcasing creativity and versatility.
