Job Title: Jr. Sales Executive - Cloud/AWS

Location: Hyderabad, Telangana

Job Overview: Looking for a Full Time Sales/Marketing Specialist-- with 0-2 years of experience as a Sales Specialist in Cloud Infrastructure or IT Servers/Storage & Network devices.

Required skills and experience :

- Support the mechanisms and processes that maximize the sales organization's investment in time, mindshare, and resources while empowering them with the tools, time and focus to constantly exceed the expectations of end customers.

- Analyze industry and Amazon internal data to understand the competitive landscape across services and identify customer trends.

- Support the annual territory planning programs and play a critical role in executing the sales strategy.

- Assist the sales managers in all aspects of evaluating their teams- performance.

- Ensure accurate and timely sales commission calculations and payment.

- Prepare ad-hoc analyses and participate in special projects and initiatives.

- Ensure that the quality and timeliness of analytic deliverables to meet and exceed the Sales Strategy & Operations team expectations

Identify reporting issues, process gaps, and drive timely and effective resolution

- Achieve assigned personal and team sales target across various products.

Preferred :

- Minimum of 0-2 years relevant working experience in a similar role in the industry

- Knowledge and working experience with Client Relationship management tools

- Ability to adapt to a fast-changing environment and industry

- Ability to confidently manage a high performing team is essential

- Ability to communicate and manage relationships at all levels

- Ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms is essential

- Organizing, prioritizing and multi-tasking are essential

- Presentation and negotiation skills are essential

Education :

- Requires a minimum of MBA - Marketing/ Operations (Full-Time) from reputed Business Schools
