Junior Executive - Sales/Business Development (1-4 yrs)
We are Digital India Product Company.
Responsibilities :
- Actively involve in prospecting and lead generation (40-50% of KRAs aligned to this objective)
- Conduct market research to identify possibilities and evaluate customer needs
Partner with marketing team to deliver effective lead generation campaigns
- Meet with potential clients to determine requirements and opportunities
- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations of solutions and services
- Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
- Collaborate with different business units, presales, finance, and other teams to achieve better results
- Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams
Required Experience
- 2-4 years of proven experience in sales, business development
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience in demand generation and exposure to relevant tools
- Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
- Experience in selling Digital, Cloud solutions or ERP sales
- Additionally, the candidate must be
- Open to travel
- Fast learner and have passion for sales
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Having MBA or other post graduate degree
