Job Description :
We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic Junior Digital Marketing Executive to join our dynamic marketing team in Pune or Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing, possess excellent communication skills, and have a passion for all things digital. As a Junior Digital Marketing Executive, you will play a key role in executing our digital marketing strategies, optimizing our online presence, and driving engagement with our target audience.
Key Responsibilities :
Digital Marketing Campaigns :
- Assist in the planning, execution, and optimization of online marketing campaigns across various digital channels, including search engines, social media, email, and display advertising.
- Develop and manage content for social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and others to increase brand awareness and engagement.
Content Creation :
- Create compelling and relevant content for blog posts, social media, email newsletters, and website updates.
- Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing graphics and videos to support digital marketing efforts.
SEO and SEM :
- Conduct keyword research and optimize website content for search engines to improve organic search rankings.
- Assist in managing pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns, including keyword selection, ad copy creation, bid management, and performance analysis.
Analytics and Reporting :
- Monitor and analyze website traffic, user behavior, and campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social media insights.
- Generate regular reports on digital marketing metrics and provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
Email Marketing :
- Assist in creating and executing email marketing campaigns, including designing templates, writing content, and segmenting email lists.
- Monitor and analyze email campaign performance and suggest improvements for future campaigns.
Market Research :
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and opportunities for growth.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and best practices in digital marketing.
Collaboration :
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, design, and product development, to align marketing strategies with business goals.
- Provide support to the senior marketing team as needed and contribute to brainstorming sessions and strategic planning.
Qualifications and Skills :
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on social media, content creation, SEO, and SEM.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, tools, and best practices.
- Proficiency in using digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and email marketing platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with graphic design tools like Adobe Creative Suite or Canva is a plus.
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS and content management systems (CMS) is a plus.
